It's important that you're happy with your purchase.
If the description or display of an item is not sufficient, contact us prior to purchase with questions you might have. We'll be happy to send you more photos of any item you desire. Send email to info@snazzfestoon.com.

Exchange or Store Credit

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original condition it was in at the time of shipping to you for a full refund. You may choose to exchange it for something more suitable to your tastes or get store credit for the purchase price minus any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Jewelry that is defective, or has been damaged somehow in transit will be replaced, if the materials can be procured, free of charge.

How to Return

Please email info@snazzfestoon.com of any intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt. Return address for shipping will be provided upon inquiry.

What if it doesn't fit?

We measure each piece accurately, describing the dimensions of all the items. If the design of the piece allows, a lengthening chain may be added for a $15.00 fee. Contact us to see if this can be done for your item.  Removing a bead or an element in necklace or bracelet to make it smaller may be the solution, depending on the design. Contact us first to see if this will work for you.

Repairs
Life happens.  The dog might eat one earring and you need two. We'll try to help. Due to the limited quantity of many of the vintage beads and findings, we may not be able to match the color or shape, but we'll try.  if we can do it, we'll give you a quote for the repair costs and shipping.  You pay all shipping costs.
